ADDRESS BAR?

Dear Reader,
I would like to know that is there any way that the contents in the address bar can be kept static.

For ex: if i enter http://www.mysite.com in the address bar then throughout the application, no matter which page the user navigates, the content in the address bar remains http://www.mysite.com

Any code would of great help!!!
