    Weird behavior from Fish screensaver. Besides SendKeys any other solution?

    Hello,

    I have an alarm vb app, when the alarm rings the form pops up (it is minimised). However I noticed this strange behavior with my fish screensaver. If the screensaver is on when the form pops up, the form's height is reduced by 25%. I think the cause is because the screensaver changes the screen resolution settings then changes them back when it is turned off. However my form pops up before those changes are complete. The problem doesn't occur with any other screensavers.

    Does anybody know how to stop the screensaver without using SendKeys? I heard that SendKeys will not work on windows vista and would like to avoid it.
