I was looking around at

and they have created what looks to be like an os. I was just wondering how hard it would be to make the most basic operating system ? Do u have to manage all of the memory that programs use or does the cpu do this ? What would u uses to create it ? Do u have to edit the BIOS to get the os to start ?

Any info on os and making them plz ?
