If i LOAD a winsock control at runtime.
What STATE does the winsock control go to?
the OPEN State, Closed? I don't think it is LISTEN. but it may-be..


Also, what is the OPEN state of a winsock control used for?

Just wondering, but is it just like a TAG ? so u can set it to open, and just use other functions to check it?
