Hello
We are building ASP.NET bulletin board and web need web designer to make default bulletin board skin. Currently there are 2 developers, but now we need designer.
Skillset:
HTML
CSS
Photoshop (or other graphic program)
Writing valid HTML code
XML - optional
JavaScript - optional
