web browser development

hi all

when i started visual basic i wrote a simple webbrowser with history, favourites(only 9 max, saved in .txt files ) I recently opened thhe project and gave it a HUGE visual makeover, with the coolest buttons you will see for a long while(i think ). The UI is now done. Of course we could discuss even further developments...

What i need now is for someone who has experience in web browsers to help me with more advanced coding, like unlimited favourites, more advanced history functions, popup blocker.etc We can discuss more via PMs.

The main thing that i want to implement is tabbed web browsing. The candidate really needs to know how to do that efficiently and well. Basically, i am only interested in someone who knows how to do that...otherwise
