Greetings, all. There is a new version of my game, Gen, available on my website. Now it has two player support! No netplay yet, but I might get around to that eventually...

That's not good!!!
That means again at least half an hour that I am kept away from my Homework everyday!
I was really thinking of reprograming it to add 2-player support! No need for this.
Thanks, this game is just great fun!

How did you intend to do that? Reverse engineering it?

No, just take your pics and start from scratch.
It wouldn't be to hard. No insults, I really like your game. But the cool thing is the Idea of the Game not the programming.

You probably also want to have faster keyboard and (I suppose you use a timer) a timed loop...

That's a good point, the keyboard input can be a bit erratic.
Great game by the way, I played it for the first time and it's really good! It's pretty darned original too, well done :)

The last one was really hard, but i think i beated it, (i'm talking about my physics test) well ah should get some sleep, it's 15pm and thats very very late. Actually I would like to make this game myself too, or if the word is "copy" hmm, or maybe i should make a variant of it. Well i know it's not out of ideas, since you feel inspired to do it :)

You'd better make it good, Fox. Or else. I might even post a link to the finished clone on the Gen page.
By the way, whoever can tell me who Alexey Pajitnov is gets a cookie.

Zero

But do you think you're good becuase you have to steal someone else's idea?
By the way, the game does not use any timers. Or external files, for that matter.

hey fox and zero! you don't have to fight about those small things, fox is good enough to make even better games :p and Zero your game is great, i just have to say i make a clone, just because i never done any real clones before, i usually like originality better.

Is Alexey Pajitnov the writer of the original Tetris? (and now he works at Microsoft)
I could really do with a cookie :)
