right ok im on a game called deadly town and its all about gangs and stuff like that one of which i have recently taken over and im introducing a system to encourage the members of the gang to train their stats more by awarding the person who trains the most

here is an example of the stats that im wanting them to train

Strength: 339
Agility: 345
Guard: 498
Total attacking stats: 1,182

but say like the person with these stats sends me their stats at the end of the week and their total Attacking stats are 3,526 how would i work out the differance they have made in a percentage so that im not being biased towards the higher levels who get more chance to train because they get more energy

[(Increase In Stats)/(Starting Stats)] x 100

You need to know what their stats were originally

So for example

[(3526 - 1182)/1182] x 100 =
