Dreamweaver and internet tools

Can anyone recommend a good book on dreamweaver (or other tool) to build html pages ?

I don't know about Dreamweaver, but to learn to code in HTML, I'd recommend the HTML 4 (I can't remember the exact title) book by Elizabeth Castro in the "Visual Quickstart Series." Plus, it's only about 20 bucks.
