Re: [URGENT!]WEB Project Quotation Template
I'm confused. So you want someone to give you a sample of Terms and Conditions... and what else? What's a "Web Project Quotation Template"? Is that a website with a quote? An invoice for the price of a website?
Sounds like you're not prepared at all as this is something that should be done well in advance (referring to the latter).
If this is something that you're going to be paid for, I have no idea why I should give you these things for free when you ask for them. That's just rediculous. If you want to pay for these from someone, then you're in the wrong forum. I'd also suggest rentacoder.com.

I read that as a template he can use to figure a quotation for a web project. I wholeheartedly go along with your "why?" and your suggestions.
The most difficult part of developing a program is understanding the problem.
The second most difficult part is deciding how you're going to solve the problem.
Actually writing the program (translating your solution into some computer language) is the easiest part.
Please indent your code and use tags around it to make it easier to read.

I accept freelance projects and this is my first time that a client ask me quotations or project package w/ terms and conditions.
