    Cross Tab With Only Totals

I am attempting to create a cross tab report to only show the totals and none of the workings out?

I have managed to hide Column #1 by using the customize style - supress subtotal and supress label options but these options aren't available for my 2nd column.

    Can anybody advise??

FYI: The report i am trying to generate is - 2 users of my SLX can be involved in an opportunity (Opp Con 1 and Opp Con 2). I have created a Cross Tab report showing Username as the Row, Opp Con1 and Opp Con 2 as the column value and ActualAmmount as the sum. i do not wish to show all the workings out as this will confuse the viewer, just the totals and grand totals!!!

    Thanks,

    PapaAlpha

I have not completely understand what u have said but i can advise u abt cross tab report by which u can get ur work done.

Cross tab only shows the sum fields , not the rest fields , and u do not select also the rest of the fields in cross tab reports , what u do is only select the userenme and value , value will be auto calculated as sum of all the values present agains that username , so u dont have to worry abt that .

Try what i said and then let me know if u have any problem , or clerify more the query which u have.
    Thanks and Regards,

    Muhammad Abbas

    Moammed,

Firstly my apologies for not describing my question properly. However, after reading your answer i went back to it and changed my values to sum on and it's fixed.

    Many thanks,

    Paul
