How about this then:

How can I make the tractor feed on this god forsaken printer rewind about 2 or 3 cm after printing?

Have you tried other Printer Drivers?
If you must use the Printer Object, you're going to have to find a Driver that will accomodate your needs, even try the range of avaiable Paper Sizes, see if one is even a close match.

Otherwise I would use Open "LPT1:" For Output As 1 and send the Prints Directly, using the Printer Emulation Specific Control Codes to Format the Text. This way you have total control over the Printer operations.
