    So how about that Middle East Conflict eh?

    I figured we should keep World Events on track with its purpose.

    I've been watching it at work here - and I must say the Israel surely is flexing her muscle at Syria.

    Korea launching missles (actually dropping them into the bay) on fourth of July?

    India making ugly stances...

    Lebanon starting an absurd fight against a stronger neighbor - now no one is talking about IRAQ anymore.

    You let me down... I was expecting a seinfeld-esque punchline.

    I'm with Mendhak on this one. Years and years of fighting, nothing is changing and we're only glorifying the need for defense from things like this because it's an election year.

    That's because all the Syrians and Iranians the US and Iraqis were fighting in IRAQ are in lebanon now. Perfect timing for the Iraqi and US Governments eh? The US announces pullouts in some Iraqi regions and magically Lebanon and Israel go to war drawing the Syrians and Iranis out of Iraq. Coincidence?
