    Patch for window applicaion.

    I am using c#/ Visual Studio 2006
    after I publish/release my application,
    how can create the patch for my next version ?
    or I should send the whole application to client?

    You are the one to decide
    You should include all files affected by the change(update) whether it's just the .EXE file or the entire solution
