Winframe issue

i found out my problem isnt with NT 3.51 but with Citrix a thin client we use for accross the wire. What happens is the user see's a pasted image rather then the real form.. so when i say trap form citrix does it for a sec then refresh the thin client and the form id changes... Thanks for your help
