Can someone tell me if it is possible to network a PC running Windows 2000 to a PC running Windows Millenium and if so, how??
(Both have a NetGear E201 card installed and running through a LinkSys 5-port hub)

aye.

What do you want to do. To simply map and share, install simple networking on each box, give each one an ip, then you should be able to map from one to the other.
