Arrow JS template hack suggestion - Jpync?

Maybe we could remove the Resolved icon () from newthread.php, so that newbies don't create threads that look like they are resolved when they are not

    (Idea inspired by cssriraman's signature)

Don't you look for [Resolved] in the name?
But it's a good idea anyway, I don't think anybody uses this icon for a new thread

I have only seen a new thread be created with my Green Resolved Checkmark subject icon 2 times since its been put into place. It was introduced almost 2 years ago, so once per year "mistake" is realy acceptable and makes adding any Hack unnecessary. I cant believe that its going to be 2 years next month that we have been using it.

Yes. But some people edit and add the checkmark to mean the thread is resolved. I usually tell them to use the Mark Thread Resolved thingy, but still.

You don't look hard enough! I've seen it countless times.

Anyway, it's not very important, but neither was the character counter Just an idea if someone has some spare time.

Spare time - You are a programmer arent you? You should know there is no such thing as "spare time".

Once in a while it may happen. If it does its usually from a noob so a polite message usually is all that it takes and it wont happen again from them, at least if they want members to read their thread and help.
