What should i do if i want to disable the DragDrop method of a control?

The DragDrop method will only be enabled if you have something in that event. If it's empty, than it won't be called .

What i wanted to say is, is there a way to avoid something to be dropped into anoher controls, it wont even let it, example, when i drag something outside the form, the icon changes and wont let me do it.
