Looking for some Sound and music

I 'm making a game in wich you can walk around, but just walking withouth a sound isn't really that cool, so I'm looking for sounds (eg. for a step) and also for music (something enervating)

Somebody help me?

Are they still updating that site? A lot of pages are still unfinished...its really annoying, I went there months ago and found it barely started, and now it isn't much better. :(
