[2005] how can i prevent the designer from auto resizing tables at his own will

i want to stop all the visual studio 2005 autoresize for tables.

because whenever i resize any column on any table it keeps resizing all other columns , at last the runtime result of the page is different than that i see on deisgn time. although i am using an only 700 pixed width table on screen of resolution of 1200 width so there is no wrapping here.

i just want to make the desinger more smooth in modifications and be able to adjust the columns and rows as i see fit not at the visual studio's will

i am sure there is an option to disable that, can anybody help ???

    thx in advance

So you're talking about Web pages? So this really should have been asked in the ASP.NET forum?
