Schedule a script?

My ISP doesn't support scheduled tasks. Is there anyway to make a script start every day at say 19:00pm?

What sort of script is it?

Right now it's an ASP-file but if it would be easier with some other type I can change that.

If you always keep you application open,just
autorefresh your page at every 3-10 seconde and
check if the time is = to 19:00PM
