Shotcuts un Menu

I want more schortcuts for my menu. Not s.th. like "Alt+F8"......
Question: Is it possible to have e.g. "+" or ">" as an shotcut ?

German:
Ich möchte für mein Programm andere Shotcuts, als die die man auswählen kann, wie z. B. "+" oder ">". Ist das möglich (!!VB3!! (auch VB6 vorhanden))

use something like &+xyz in ur caption of the menu ALT and + should get this
