Hi,
I am going to start a .NET Solution Provider Company, with 50+ Employees and thats why i need your help
Problems:
Software for managing Projects
Software for Inter-Employee Communication
Other Suggetions are welcome

Main Goal is
Each Employee can Communicate with other
would be nice if something like Yahoo messanger or Google Talk
Communication Should be Logged and then Reported to Project managers and others
Task can be assigned to Developers By PMs
Developer Can send their work to QA

Which of the following to choose Multiselect?
1. Microsoft Project
2. IPMsg
3. Visual SourceSafe
4. Microsoft Team Foundation Server
5. Mail Server for Itranet email communication
6. some mechanism to count working hour of programmer
7. mechanism to count LOC typed by programmer
8. Mechanism to Assign Task, etc
