    website content

    Hi there!

I’m the process of designing a website for my business and was wondering if there are ways that I can alter the site to get it raise its search engine ranking for people looking for holiday homes or static caravans to buy? Do you have any tips to make it a stronger site? any feedback you could give would be great!

    Thanks

The search engine generally looks for the contents your website is offering. Firstly try to submit your site to as many search engines as possible and also cross linking of your site is also very important.
So try to add teh links of your site from as many places as you can. Apart from this there are some books on SEO(Search Engine Optimization), you can look into that.
Also search on web regarding SEO, you will find plethora of information.

Dont forget about your previous thread, which contains useful info: http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?t=412607

For some search engines (becoming more as time goes on) this is a bad thing - it only helps you if the pages that link to you are relevant, otherwise you are "downgraded".
