I need help in developing a virtual modem.
I have an SMS software that need me to dial-up the SMS server. The problem is, I don't have any dial-up number but I have TCP/IP connection to the server. I need help in developing a software and/or DLL file that can be a virtual modem (so it will be reflected in my modem device list) and connect to my TCP/IP port (through LAN/WAN).
Or,
If anybody can help me build a UCP software that can send logo/ringtones to GSM phones and connect through LAN/WAN.
Thanks.

windows actualy have a similar thing built in.
its called VPN (Virtual Private Network) and it works almoust like a dialup connection. you can add it if its not already there. trough the add/remove programs in the windows setup tab under communications.
but be aware when I did it on my win98 comp and after a whil tried to remove it it totaly crashed the computer.
but that might be just my case.
