[RESOLVED] OpenGL Projects, designers wanted!

What is the project:
It will be a series of 3D games. We will start out with something simple.
First project:
Drag racing game.
Ultimate challenge:
A real time 3D strategy ant-collony game with different races of bugs.

So far the 3D Engine I am writing for these projects is almost finished. And I have build a first version of a X3D converter.

All work on these projects will be clearly seperated in parts so that never 2 people will work on the same thing.

The project is not commercial in the first place. Nothing will be sold or made commercial without the agreement of all participating developers. If we get rich and famous all profits will be equally devided.

Who are You:
I am looking for 4 kind of developers. If you are one of those 4 and you are interested, do not hesitate to contact me!:

You are a designer capable of drawing 3D models.
You are a designer capable of drawing textures.
You are a designer who will make animations.
You are a C# programmer who will build some developer tools based on the existing framework of the 3D Engine.

Who am I:
I am 21 years old student. I started programming when I was about 8 years old.

I graduated as a Bachelor in Computer Science last year. Currently I am studying in the college of Kortrijk to achieve my master in the field of Industrial Engineering (Electronics, multimedia and computer science).

I master languages such as: VB6, Java, C#, ...
concepts such as: Design Patterns, Neural Networks, OpenGl, TCP/IP, ...

I worked on some projects such as: A supermario clone, an instant messenger, face recognition, a 3D maze in Macromedia Flash, small 3D OpenGL Editor, ...

Ok, What I am REALLY looking for are people capable of working in team.

I just had this kid telling me: "your engine is crap! I am not working on this!"... Turns out he didn't know he just could not get it running because he was missing a dll. Next thing this guy runs away yelling and blocks me. By the way this guy also told me he was good with OpenGl but actually never did any OpenGl projects before. He also told me that sourceforge is a bad server.

I have no problems with inexperienced people. But I do have problems with people who are only capable of throwing insults. Also I do not like it when people I hardly know call me: "this crap isn't workin, dude!". At least show some respect!

You know we are growing in a world where even a 12 year old can program. You don't need to be a genius to work with a language like VB or C#. But it does give the feeling you are a genius when you see your programs running sometimes. And some people start telling theirselves that they actualy are really talented. The next thing they start throwing critics at everybody but are not capable of handling critics theirself.

I put up some messages on 3D modeling forums and received 2 e-mails this morning of people who are REALLY interested. And I am sure that more will follow.

I just had it with your kind of people. ==> "I started yesterday but am allready so good that I will insult everybody"
