get date from a week ago

I would like to know how I can get a date formatted minus seven days from todays date and also one month prior.

Thank you for reading this and any help you can provide.

You can do this with the DateAdd() function like so:

dteWeekAgo = DateAdd("d", -7, Date)
dteMonthAgo = DateAdd("m", -1, Date)
