Add Email to User Names in Threads

i would greatly appreciate it if you guys made every login name of each responder to link to either their profile or emaill address

like if i want to email someone based on something i read in a reply.. i want to click their name and email them right away
instead of the usual way i do it which is
go to search, type their nama,e find a thread tey started, double click their name then go to profile then click emaill

there is a mail button at the bottom of all responses. Or am'I missing something?

If you have entered your email address when you setup your user id on the site, then other members can email you. If not then you caren't.
