COM+ Version problem

To incorporate one change , I need to update logical part fo one existing dll (finger print is not changed).This dll is deployed in the com+ server. I don't have information which other dll are reffering to it. Can you please suggest a way by which it does not require recompilation of each reffred dl. Also please advice how to publish the updated dll in the COM+ server.

Please advice me on this.
