    Question A program in vb

    I want the answer to this question.Write a to inout a matrix if 3 rows and 3 columns and display the sum of its diagonal using loops.

    We don't do homework here. Post the code you have that you're having a problem with and we'll help you.
    The most difficult part of developing a program is understanding the problem.
    The second most difficult part is deciding how you're going to solve the problem.
    Actually writing the program (translating your solution into some computer language) is the easiest part.
