I am looking for someone to help me complete a billing application for a small telecommunications company. Below is a list of things that are needed to be met.

1. Trouble ticketing system; Creation of forms to create and reference trouble tickets with existing tables with functionality of email exportation of trouble tickets as flagged. Requirements dataset and RTF enabled Pages.

2. Importation of text files for the automatic application of payments. As well as form for the entry of payments by hand.

3. Rtf Page clean up. All rich text boxes need to clean up for cosmetic disply.

4. Exportation of flagged records on demand into custom specification of fixed width fields including ACH transactions and phone number ordering, provisioning, custom format.

5. A custom control must be written for phone number entry and display.

6. The application must be packaged as an .msi

7. Performance tuning of existing Visual Basic .NET code; existing code has to be cleaned up and enhanced specific to speed of the application.

We are looking at a 2 to 3 month window for completion. Not paying by hour, will come to an agreement of how much this project will be paid after communications between us have progressed.
