How Do I Resize A Control At Runtime???

Does anyone know of an ActiveX component I can use to allow me to select a component at tuntime and have the dots appear around it. And then resize from any of the dots at runtime?

I would much rather use a control for this than program it in but I cannot find anything for this..

What dots? If you are talking about the grid dots, are they visible at runtime???

I mean like when you select an item at runtime, 6 dots surround the control and can resize with.

It would probably be easier then to program it in yourself. An ActiveX component would weigh down your program by about 500 unnecessary kilobytes.
