    What is the shell smart function? I have heard it can let you know when an application that you kick off terminates? Does anyone now how it works or have any code. I have an application that I need to kick off other apps and wait until the other apps finish. It then needs to kick off the next app. Any ideas?

    There is no shellsmart function per se

    What I meant.. was that u can put a wrapper around the regular shell to do the functionality u described for you
