i have set up a music site
when they click a song
i want the to launch a url for that song
and also have my top20 song page display the top20
(i first pass the song id into the page, add one to the hit counter, then launch the url, then display this)

basically my question is how can i make something like
download.com
when you click something to download the download window comes up yet you go to a page as well
