Here is a good site I used

And if you ever need help with it, just ask here , these guys were the ones who basically taught me ADO and SQL

Most of the VB tutorials have been replaced by VB.NET tutorials. Here is one that is still around.

    Visual Basic Tutorial

What kinds of programs are you interested in making in VB?

There is a good tutorial in the FAQ's for this forum, see the "ADO Tutorial" link in my signature.

I would recommend refering to the FAQ's if you get stuck, as it covers several common questions - and we'll be more than happy to answer any other questions you have.

We would be more than happy to assist in any specific coding issues that you have, so please feel free to post your questions.

When doing so, it would really help if you:

Post the code you have that isn't working
Tell us what it is supposed to be doing
Tell us what it isn't doing and include any error messages that you are getting.
