Auto refresh like in VB-Forum!!!

This question concern the web

How can i make every instance of my page refresh like in
here(after 5 - 10 minutes it refresh itself).
I know how to do it for the current page:

document.reload

but for every instance, how is it done????

I think this line in the head tag of an html will do the trick.

<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="300;">
