Resolved [RESOLVED] [1.0/1.1] Creating a shortcut to the desktop when creating a setup file

Hi. I am trying to create a shortcut to the desktop to my setup file and I think that i have been successful somewhat. I went to the file system of the setup file and in the application folder, I created a shortcut to the primary output to the user's desktop folder. When I compiled and ran it, i.e. install the files, the files are being copied to c:\programfiles\home... and its working fine. The shortcut link on the desktop is working fine. But if I wait for a while say like 10 minutes, and I click this shortcut, it re-installs all of the files. I thought something was wrong with the .exe file but when I went to the application folder, the .exe file was working properly. I don't know what else to do to get the shortcut to the desktop to work. I even tried adding a file to the application folder, that file being the .exe file. and then creating a shortcut to this .exe file. The same thing resulted. It worked fine for a while and then re-installed all of the files when clicked. Does anyone know how to solve this?

The reason for the error was that a file installed during the setup was being deleted. When the setup detects that a file has been deleted, the setup automatically reboots its installation process.
