Autonew Macro not running/dissappearing

I have several word doc's that fire off from an autonew macro. The problem is that this macro keeps vanishing. Its there in the modules but fails to run and if you look via macros (Alt F8) it doesn't appear. This seems to happen when I move the document between directories. Anybody any idea what's going on or what I might be doing wrong?

Possibly the document lost it's link with the template.
Check the link with Tools --> templates and Add-inns

No that's fine the userform and the module are in the template when you look there. It just doesn't fire off or appear when you look at the macros attached to the document using Alt F8
