    VB.NET vs C#

    I know all the VB6'rs don't care too much about this.. but this question gets asked so often, in so many different places, perhaps we could put together a well structured sticky that lists maturely, the "generally accepted" pros and cons of each language, and stick in in the vb.net forum, and C# forum?

    There will always be more. Even if you make a long thread and stick it 50 times in every section there will always be one person that can't be arsed to read it all and will just ask again.

    We did the same for the Game section before I was a mod there:

    VB or C++
    DX or OpenGL

    and so on...no matter how sticky it was, lots of people asked the question without as mutch as looking at the sticky...
