    Question about Licence

Can anyone help me with the following question?

    1. If I use a piracy copy of VB 6.0 to write a program and sell that program, is that program illegal?

    2. If I use a piracy copy of VB 6.0 to write a program and use a VB 6.0 that with licence to copile that program and sell that program. Is that program still illegal?

    3. Can we use Academic version of the VB 6.0 / VB.net to write program for business use? or write program for sell?

    Millions Thanks~~

    Re: Question about Licence

    1. It is illegal to even install a pirate copy of VB (or any other software).

    2. See 1.

    3. Academic versions are for personal use only.

I would recommend downloading VB.Net 2005 "Express Edition" from Microsoft: http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/

It is a free cut-down version, and apparently has virtually all the features of the "full" versions.
