hey all, i really need help. am working on a project and i have a little problem. The prject is about endscopy, it concerns with reading videos or pictures from the endscopy to the pc mointor so i can edit it and use sum inputs such as information about the patiant. Anyway, i Need a code the reads the signal from the T.V. Tuner ( Video Tuner ) using C#.
PS. i already have one but it has a Delay..
