the exe file can't find resource file, why ?

Hello everyone,
I'm working on a small apps on Pocket PC 2003 Emulator.
I have a wav file included in the project. But when I deploy the project on the Emulator, the file can't be found, no matter how I set the path.
I search the Emulator and found that the wav file is not copied to it.
So how can I force resource file (here: wav) to be deployed too ?

is visual studio 2003 make sure the wav file is added to the project solution & is set to content
