Finding an Item in a DBGrid

I know this has been posted before, but I can't find any help. I have a DBGrid that is pulling data from an access database and sorting the item in alphabetical order according to last name.

I want to have a text box on the form so when you type the first letter of someones last name it goes to the first record with that letter. Then the second and so on.

If no one knows how to do this any type of find will do.

Not sure whether you will get what you want or not but here in the below given link if you search for "Sort" in the quick search there are huge collection of samples.Try to see the nearest matching example to you and i think by slight modifications you should be able to do it.Here is the link
