.scf files

I found a file called "Show Desktop.scf". What it does is hide all windows that are showing. I looked at the code using notepad and this is what it was...

Does anyone have any idea what scf files are? How to program them? And any other info i cant think of.

I think it means something like "Short Cut File"

it's for the quick launch toolbar that you can put on your taskbar.
