Click to See Complete Forum and Search --> : How about a 'delete all' option for PM's

As a fairly causal user I don't get many pm's but a few drop in now and then. There aren't enough for me to want to worry about storing them in various folders though so I just delete as I go. This can be a bit of a pain if I'm also answering them because they're now in two folders - so to deal with that one message I have to:-
1. Respond.
2. Select my inbox,
3. Select the checkbox next to the messsage
4. Change the option in the drop down because it's defaulted to 'Move to folder'
5. Click Go
6. Select my sent items
7. Select the checkbox next to the message
8. Click Go (this time the drop down's defaulted to delete
9. Make an appointment with my docter to get my RSI treated
Maybe it's just me being unbelievably lazy (always a possibility) but wouldn't a 'nuke all my messages' button be handy. I'm sure there's some other casual users who don't really 'manage' their pms who might find it handy.

It would be nice but I don't see that it's burdensome to delete the two folders (or more if you have your own folders like I do) separately.

i do get a fair few PMs and i just tick the categories "today", "yesterday" "this week", "last week", "2 weeks ago", "3 weeks ago", "month ago", "2 months ago"
which coincidently i do every 2 months... its not hard...

I can't move my subscribed threads to different folders. How you are doing it ?

Sorry. :o
But you mean, PMs can be sorted in different folders (too) ?
Never tried it.

Not sorted in the ascending/descending sense but rather you can move them to folders that you can create.

Never tried it.Sure. Go into your Private Messaging and click on Edit Folders.
Before creating your folders though, I would take a moment and decide what I wanted in terms of what I need to save. Just like creating folders in your email box. You sorta have to go in with a plan or you wind up with folders all over with nothing in them *points finger at self* :D

I only have a very few personal folders. I use them to store PMs to and from, shall we say, people who are reluctant to cooperate, so I can easily locate my past communication with them.
