Hello all,
I just started a new job (about 2 months ago) and have inherited a huge mess with contacts in outlook and replicating to BlackBerry's. Basically what was done before I got here was everyone was syncing contacts from a seperate contact management program to their personal contacts folder, and then in turn, that was going to their BlackBerry. A lot of people were complaining when I came on board about not having the latest contacts on their BlackBerry. So, I've managed to get one person who syncs to a public folder 2 or 3 times a day and am now pointing a few peoples BlackBerry's to sync to this new location. All is well, except one thing, duplicates.
So, in short, how can I compare two contact folders (Local and Public) and create a seperate Local contact folder for the differences. I am mostly only concerned with comparing Name, but if I could compare Name and phone numbers that would be great.
Sorry for the long explanation, but I wanted people to understand what was going on.
Thanks in advance,
Mark
