.vbs and App.StartLogging

Will the App.StartLogging and App.LogEvent work within a .vbs script? Having difficulties getting this to work.

Here is what I have:

Sub LogEvent(Status)
Call App.StartLogging("", vbLogToNT)
Call App.LogEvent("Warning", vbLogEventTypeWarning)
End Sub
