    Welcome to the forum!

Why do you think anyone here would have that software and/or supply it for free to you?

Is this a for-profit employment agency?

Sounds like you need a database - MS SQL Express (used to be called MSDE) is free for a small office to use - other dB's can also be used...

If the database is not shared by more then 1 PC, ACCESS is an option - but this is not a free product.

Do you have VB6 already so that you can develop the program?

Then look at the Database Development section of this site - you will find sticky posts at the top on how to make connections to database and other ways to access the database.

You might want to continue posting in that section of the forum - as the people most likely to help will be there.

    Good luck!

btw - I am a MS SQL Server developer - I do not use ACCESS - but many others here do.

It sounds like it would be a pretty straightforward application.

Your database, a few forms and you are done. If you run into problems, we will be more than happy to assist you with specific requests.

The fastest way to get a question answered is to state what you are trying to accomplish; post the code you are using to accomplish it; state what that code is, or is not, doing and what it should be doing.

For frontend questions use the ClassicVb section. For database specific questions, use our database section.
