Internet Explorer_Server

I'm trying to retrieve text from an Internet Explorer_Server Window. I have the handle but the length of the text returns zero so i'm assuming that this type of window doesn't allow getting text? Is there a different way? I researched back posts with not much luck, any help would be thankful.. Thanks!

Sorry I wasn't clear thats the class name of the window is Internet Explorer_Server. I already have the handle up to that point but it returns no text length when you see text. Would be like getting the text from an Outlook Email..
