where can I find the hand cursor that look like
the hand of a link ?
(there is a lot of hand cursors in the windows system but
I didn't find the specific hand of the link)

You will not find the hand cursor anywhere on your system. You will have to modify the ones that you get along with VB to look alike. You can use the Icon editor supplied with VC or use "Irfan's View" or any other paint editor which supports ico files.

It should be shipped with Windows 98. Go to the following path.
